1st Day – BIKE RIDE – PUNAT – BAŠKA

Island Krk – The Golden Island with Thousand Faces
Krk is the largest Croatian island, often referred to as the “Golden Island” due to its incredible diversity – from forested areas in the north, through rugged karst landscapes in the southeast, to charming Mediterranean towns like Vrbnik, Punat, and Baška. It’s an ideal place to start the adventure – with excellent transport connections (bridge and airport) and a rich network of cycling trails. The ride from Punat to Baška offers a contrast between olive groves and dramatic coastline, with breathtaking views and the unique Moon Plateau landscape. The descent into Baška gives us a clear view of what’s next – boarding the boat and sailing toward the island of Rab.
2nd Day – BIKE TOUR ON HAPPY ISLAND

Island Rab – The Island of Happiness and Historical Heritage
Rab is known as the “Island of Happiness,” with a long history that dates back to Roman times. What makes it special are its sandy beaches – a rarity on the Adriatic – and the historic old town of Rab, recognizable by its four bell towers. The island also offers a diverse natural landscape, from the forested Kalifront Peninsula to the karst terrain around Lopar. Cycling on Rab provides a perfect balance between cultural exploration and enjoying nature.
3rd Day – VITALITY BIKE TOUR

Island Lošinj – The Island of Vitality and Scents
Lošinj is known as the “Island of Vitality,” thanks to its unique microclimate, rich aromatic vegetation, and a long tradition of health tourism. The town of Mali Lošinj has a charming Mediterranean character, while cycling trails lead along the coastline, through fragrant pine forests and olive groves. Lošinj is ideal for a relaxed yet fulfilling ride with stunning views of the deep blue sea.
4th Day – ISLANDS UNIJE

Island Unije – A Peaceful Oasis with Crystal-Clear Sea
Unije is a small, quiet island with no cars, a true escape from the crowds. It’s especially known for its crystal-clear sea, untouched nature, and a strong sense of tranquility and isolation. Cycling here is short but memorable – a perfect moment to reset both body and mind. An ideal place for swimming and genuine relaxation.
5th Day – NO STRESS ON CRES

Island Cres – Raw Nature and Striking Silence
Cres is a long and wild island, known for its rugged landscapes, endemic species (such as the griffon vulture), and dramatic contrasts – from green highlands to steep rocky cliffs. The ride from Osor to the town of Cres reveals the island’s quiet interior, hidden villages, and panoramic sea views. Cres is less developed for tourism, making it authentic and unspoiled.
6th Day – A MOUNTAIN BIKING PARADISE WITH A SEA VIEW

Istrian Peninsula – A Mountain Biking Paradise with a Sea View
Istria is famous for its gastronomy, wine routes, and picturesque hilltop towns. In Rabac, home to the local bike park, you’ll find the perfect blend of adrenaline and natural beauty. Bike Park Rabac offers well-maintained trails of varying difficulty – from family-friendly to challenging enduro routes – all with stunning views of the Kvarner Bay. It’s an ideal location for a fun and active cycling adventure.
7th Day – FROM NORTH TO SOUTH

Cycling from Omišalj to Punat – Discovering the Heart of Krk
This scenic ride takes you along the western coastline of Krk Island, from the historic town of Omišalj all the way to the charming harbor of Punat. Starting near the Krk Bridge, the route offers stunning views of the Kvarner Bay and the mainland mountains in the distance.
As you ride south, the trail winds through olive groves, Mediterranean pine forests, and quiet coastal villages. You’ll pass by ancient dry-stone walls, traditional stone houses, and scenic viewpoints ideal for short breaks and photos. Along the way, you’ll feel the shift from rugged northern landscapes to the more cultivated and lush southern parts of the island.
Reaching Punat, one of the island’s most picturesque marinas, feels like arriving at a peaceful haven. With its waterfront cafés, sailing boats, and view of the tiny islet of Košljun, it’s a perfect place to end your ride and soak in the local charm.
This route combines nature, history, and an authentic island atmosphere – a great way to experience the diversity of Krk by bike.
