The Breath & Body Method isn’t just a program; it’s the result of years of personal and professional journey. It was created as a fusion of various practices that have shaped me over the years: from fitness, yoga, and Pilates, to breathing techniques, mental training, and working with people.
I built my path through Infinity Sport – by managing a fitness center, organizing hiking activities, Surya Yoga / Yoga Island Krk, Pilates, functional and Tabata training, and numerous individual and group classes. The common denominators in all of this are: a love for movement, nature, and deep, conscious work with the body.
Over time and with further refinement, the need arose to unite all of this – in a personal, thoughtful, and authentic way. This is how the Breath & Body Method came to be: a meeting point of breath, movement, strength, and awareness.
