Nastala je kao spoj razli\u010ditih praksi koje su me oblikovale tijekom godina: od fitnessa, joge i pilatesa, do tehnika disanja, mentalnog treninga i rada s ljudima. <\/p>\n<p>Svoj put gradila sam kroz Infinity Sport \u2013 vode\u0107i fitness centar, organiziraju\u0107i planinarske aktivnosti, Surya Yogu \/ Yoga Island Krk, pilates, funkcionalne i Tabata treninge te brojne individualne i grupne satove. Zajedni\u010dki nazivnici svemu tome su: ljubav prema pokretu, prirodi i dubokom, svjesnom radu s tijelom. <\/p>\n<p>S vremenom i daljnjim usavr\u0161avanjem, javila se potreba da sve to objedinim \u2013 na osoban, promi\u0161ljen i autenti\u010dan na\u010din.
